Storm Cleanup & Emergency Services

Florida's storm season runs June through November — and severe weather can strike outside that window too. Genesis maintains an emergency response crew available 24/7 for storm cleanup, fallen tree removal, and rapid property restoration so your tenants and customers can return to normal as quickly as possible.

  • Fallen tree and limb clearing from structures and access points
  • Post-storm property assessment with photo documentation
  • Coordination with insurance adjusters on documented damage

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you work on properties without a service contract?

Yes, but contract clients receive priority scheduling. If you're not yet a Genesis client, storm season is a great time to talk about an annual service agreement.

How quickly can you respond after a storm?

For life-safety issues (blocked access, downed trees on structures), we target a 4-hour response time. General debris cleanup is typically scheduled within 24–48 hours of the storm passing.

What's not included in storm cleanup?

Structural repairs, roofing, and work inside buildings are outside our scope. We focus on all exterior grounds, trees, landscaping, and access areas.
